Sono passati 4 anni da quella che per noi Skater è senza dubbio LA puntata!! Ne approfitto per pubblicare anche le ultime parti dello script e per celebrare le scene clou.. a prescindere dai gusti e da come poi sono andate le cose, a mio parere queste rimangono scene memorabili, oltre che ben scritte e ottimamente recitate!!! In memeoria dei cari vecchi tempi!! Che nostalgia ragazzi!!!

Sawyer going out on a ledge, telling her, in his own messed up way, that he was PROTECTING HER. and the head is too strong. they’re too close together. the chemistry both of them have been fighting officially COMBUST and KATE KISSES SAWYER. Long and Hard. finally it ends.
ON SAWYER, surprised.]
SAWYER: what the hell was that for ?
[And maybe it’s because she knows Pickett’s gonna make good on his promise and this is Sawyer’s last night on earth. Maybe it’s because he showed genuine FEELING. And maybe it’s because she really LOVES him. but all she actually SAYS is]
KATE: I…don’t know
[AND sawyer hell, HE KISSES HER RIGHT BACK, and it doesn’t end there as she STUMBLES INTO HIS CAGE
Before we know it, Sawyer’s grabbing Kate’s tank top and pulling it over her head as she starts unbuttoning his shirt. they move further into Sawyer’s cage, oblivious to everything but THIS MOMENT. And as they begin to go at it big time. they tastefully sink OUT OF FRAME. SO, ladies and gentlemen ? there it is.
Kate and Sawyer are officially GOING AT IT.]
Sawyer and Kate lie in each other’s arms basking in the afterglow of their lovemaking. Wow — that was pretty AMAZING
But what now ? and we can FEEL the uncertainty and the nervouness creeping in Kate’s expression as she looks at him. Maybe Sawyer senses it because he says
Sawyer So lemme ask you somethin” Freckles…When Blockhead was beatin’ on me, and you said “I love you” that was just to get him to stop right …?
Kate freezes. She isn’t sure what she should say here. In truth she’s feeling everything for Sawyer but is afraid if she admits it, puts it out there, it will scare him off. And Sawyer ? Before she can even respond—-
Sawyer I love you, too
But even he tosses it off like it’s not big deal—- it’s the most sincere thing he’s ever said in his entire life. Kate’s heart lifts. And for this one moment, in time, they are COMPLETELY CONNECTED THEY ARE COMPLETELY CONNECTED.

ON KATE. though pretty SHAKEN, she’s not about to be intimidated.
Kate You think I’m gonna throw a hood over my own head because you said “please” ?
Juliet No, Kate. you’re gonna throw a hood over your own head because the man standing at the table over there, the one who’s burning a hole into my back right now ?
Kate’s eyes flick over Juliet’s shoulder and sure enough, THERE’S PICKETT. Burning a hole into Juliet’s back.
Juliet that man is going to kill sawyer.
ON KATE. juliet didn’t present it as a threat, just a simple regrettable fact. and now she EXTENDS THE HOOD AGAIN—
Juliet But if you put this on. and you come with me… (beat, quietly) there’s something you can do for us that will save his life.
Kate takes one final look over at—
Sawyer. Dropping another ROCK into his wheelbarrow. completely oblivious that nothing less than his LIFE has been offered as part of a BARGAIN thirty yards away…
and after a beat. Kate turns back to Juliet. and she takes the hood. and we ALMOST catch the tear sliding down her cheek as she puts the hood over her head.
JULIET AND KATE SCENE 2 :
kate backs at the cage
she immediately looks around for Sawyer. But his cage is empty. and now she’s worried. Juliet clocks her looking
Juliet you really care about him huh ?
It sound almost like ENVY in her voice but kate ain’t giving her nothing
kate where is he ?
she holds the cage door open. Kate steps into the cage and juliet CLANGS THE DOOR CLOSED. then coolly—
Juliet
I’m sorry you weren’t able to help us, Kate.
And although we know Juliet probably doesn’t mean that ONE BIT, SOUND FROM BEHIND THEM AS—
Pickett and Jason push SAWYER back from his day at the farm.

She rolls over, orienting herself….pershaps thinking that she’s not still trapped in a cage wearing the same clothes and smelling like a weatsock. But alas…SHE IS. CHLINK! Kate GLANCES accross from her CAGE over to—
AUTOMATED VOICE WARNING
SAWYER’S. And there he sits. A PILE OF SMALL ROCKS to his side. He picks up a rock, sidearms it at the FORK & KNIFE BUTTON on the GIZMO accross his cage and —- CHLINK
Kate Hey
Sawyer Hey yourself.
Kate what are you doing ?
Sawyer Throwin’ rocks.
Kate I thought you had to pull the lever—
Sawyer —I know how to get a damn fish biscuit.
Kate sense something in his tone. Hee’s not annoyed — no…it’s more like he’s just…OVER IT. and Kate ? Hops up.
Kate then get me one.
Sawyer (rolls his eyes) what ? you tryin’ to keep me feelin’ productive ?
and Kate ? she doesn’t appreciate that one bit. Kneels down, rubs some DIRT on her hands… and a moment later, she’s CLIMBING UP THE SIDE OF HER CAGE. and we know from #304 that she’s capable of squeezing out the top.
Sawyer what the hell you think you’re doin’ ?
Kate Nothin. You just keep throwin’ your rocks.
Sawyer You ain’t comin’ over here—-
Kate Be quiet or you’re gonna make me fall.
She stops, gets her balance and reaches for the top rung, hoisting her body up in one swift move— Kate starts to SQUEEEEEEEEEEEZE through the bars at the top of her cage…
Sawyer Damnit Freckles —- stay put. It’s broad daylight. they see you climbin’ outta here…
And that is precisely when kate FREEZES. Because with her head poking through the top of her cage, she SEES SOMETHING.
THERE, DOWN THERE— THIRTY YARDS AWAY—- AT THE TREE LINE
is ALEX. SHe’s crouched down, digging into a CANVAS BAG
Kate HEY !
Alex STARTLES. Looks up, SURPRISED to see Kate at the top of her cage looking right at her. but a moment later — quite CALMLY— Alex holds her finger to her LIPS —- SHHHH
Sawyer, of course can’t see Alex at all.
Sawyer Who you talkin’ to
Kate Shhhhh
Sawyer DOn’t “shhhh” me ! you’re the one shoutin’ “HEY”!
Kate there ‘s a girl out there.
Sawyer What ?
And before Kate can open her mouth to tell him to shup up, she sees Alex removing whatever she was digging around in that bag for — which is, in fact…
A HARDCORE SLINGSHOT. Alex fixes the handmade BRACE to her forearm as she puts a BIG ROCK in the STRAP…
Kate’s eyes widen as Alex takes SIGHT…RIGHT AT HER. PULLS THE STRAP BACK. Kate SQUIRMS—-but she’s WEDGED between the bars, no way to duck, she’s DEAD IN ALEX’S SIGHTS AS…
THWUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNG! the strap SNAPS FORWARD and—-WHIIIIIIIIIIIIISH! — the ROCK TROTTLES THROUGH THE AIR—
ZIPS about TEN FEET OVER Kate’s head — and as we WHIP around to TRACK ITS MOTION, we’re there just in time to see—-
PING!! THere’s a LOUD METALLIC TWANG as the rock bangs off the HOUSING OF A HIDDEN SURVEILLANCE CAMERA
Kate reacts. And we may have know this for awhile now, but it’s news to Kate. They were beeing WATCHED.
Kate what are you doing ?!
Alex (duh?) i’m getting you out !
Meanwhile, she’s scrambling around trying to find ANOTHER ROCK but that’s when—
CROMP! Kate’s eyes INSTINCTIVELY GO TO THE COMPOUND BUILDING just as the DOOR OPENS— someone is COMING OUT— Kate looks back to where Alex was croushed…
But—-POOF—-She’s GONE.
SKATE SCENE WITH PICKETT (at the end we didn’t see them walking together too bad it wasn’t in the episode) :
Kate in her CAGE. at the BARS when a NOISE FROM THE TREE LINE brings her attention to—-PICKETT and TWO OTHERS (one of whom is named JASON) as they stride purposefully up to Kate’s cage. Pickett UNLOCKS the door—
Picket C’mon.Time for work
And Kate noticed only one LUNCH PAIL—-and nobody’s rousting Sawyer for work. in fact, Kate looks over Pickett’s shoulder at Sawyer’s CAGE where Sawyer LIES ON HIS BACK, SHIRT OFF. Sunning himself on top of the RAISED PART OF HIS ENCLOSURE.
Kate what about him ?
Pickett pastes on a SMILE that’s about as phony as a nine dollar bill.
Pickett he’s got the day off
and that doesn’t add up for Kate. Why would Pickett give Sawyer—the guy who busted his nose—the guy who he HATES— a day OFF? and so, DEFIANT—
Kate If he’s not working, neither am I.
The smile never leaves his face. and it’s CREEPY.
Pickett you’re not, huh ?
Sawyer just go, Freckles.
Kate looks over to Sawyer’s cage…something in his voice that she’s unfamiliar with. DEFEAT.
Sawyer Man wants to give me a day off, let him give me a day off.
Kate (resolved) No. we’re a team. you break the rocks. I haul ‘em.
and NOW the smile is gone from Pickett’s face. he takes MENACING step forward—
Pickett you might wanna stop acting like you got some say in the matter, Freckles
Other Danny—
Pickett (spins, intense) What, Jason ?
other/jason Not yet.
And Pickett? Processes. then shakes his head, WHATEVER as he walks over to Sawyer’s cage. UNLOCK IT—
Pickett all right…Fine. Lord knows I wouldn’t wanna break up the team.
But right before Pickett opens Sawyer’ss door, he throws him a look. A look that seems to say— I’m gonna do a lot worse than break up the team, buddy boy.
Pickett roughly pushes Sawyer out of his cage towards a waiting Kate. Moves off as he BARK at Jason
Pickett Take ‘em to the runway.
ON KATE AND SAWYER as Jason and the other DUDE begin to walk them towards the walkway—
Sawyer what the hell was that about ?
Kate it’s about me not letting you out of my sight
and OFF that declaration—and Sawyer HATING that she essentially just STUCK UP for him—
Le foto le rubo molto vigliaccamente dal sito Kate and Sawyer, quindi mi tocca umilmente creditare le ragazze che se ne occupano!! Cmq altro che lavoro, questi mi sa proprio che si divertono sempre :)
Ho fatto la maratona.. riassunto della serata.. niente di rilevante sul fronte Lost! Non ha portato a casa niente.. e, sinceramente non mi stupisce, se nella premiazione si sono basati, come credo abbiano fatto, solo sull'ultima serie. E poi insomma, la concorrenza era più che valida! Contenta per Mad Men e per i premi di Glee.. per il resto, tanti telefilm che non conosco, quindi non mi sento di poter giudicare! Per quello che ho visto, c'erano Fox, O'Quinn, Emerson, Garcia e Dae Kim.. degli altri neanche l'ombra :( Appena posso pubblico un video degno di nota.. con Jorge che nel video di apertura della cerimonia partecipa a un balletto di gruppo alla Glee!! Quello davvero merita!! Grande performance di Jorge! I miei complimenti!!! Ora direi che vado a riposare gli occhi :)
Un bacio in questa stagione non lo abbiamo avuto.. hanno rimediato Josh e Evie! Cambia poco, ma se non altro possiamo approfittarne per rifarci gli occhi!! Sono sempre decisamente troppo belli da guardare!!

Ok, rassegnamoci a non vederla più girare sulla spiaggia :( Ma io sono decisamente contenta di vederla anche in altri film! Queste sono alcune foto uscite ieri, dal set del nuovo film che sta girando "Real steel".. c'è da dire che la sfortuna continua a perseguitarla.. si ritrova sempre a lavorare con dei colleghi alquanto bruttini :) Grande Evie!!!

- Il 7 luglio alle ore 18.30 presso il Cinema Adriano (sala 4) l'attore Naveen Andrews alias Sayid Jarrah presenterà il finale di serie di LOST.
Mmh, questo materiale inedito stuzzica la mia curiosità ad essere sincera! Cmq Lost a parte ho letto tutto il programma e non è affatto male! Buttateci un occhio se vi va! Josh si è portato a casa il premio come miglior attore in una serie televisiva, e noi ovviamente siamo felicissimi per lui!! I complimenti a nome di tutto il blog mi sembra il minimo che si possa fare!!
Facciamo una piccola storia delle migliori dichiarazioni dei nostri due geniacci. Siccome di cose ne hanno dette e anche tante, andiamo un po' per volta :) E cominciamo col commento al finale di quarta stagione, contenuto nel cofanetto.. Questa è una trascrizione direttamente dai sottotitoli dei dvd (solo delle parti che ci interessano di più), gentilmente fatta da Elly :) Questo, quanto dicono durante la scena dell'elicottero:
Cuse: questa scena era ovviamente uno dei nostri momenti preferiti della storia. Per tutta la serie abbiamo avuto a che fare a che fare con il triangolo romantico fra Jack, Kate e Sawyer. Per noi questo è stato un grandissimo momento di quella storia.
Lindelof: ed importante è il fatto che la futura relazione di Jack e Kate, tanto che lui la chiede in sposa e lei accetta, cade del tutto a pezzi perchè lei sta facendo qualcosa per Sawyer, e mente a Jack a proposito di questa storia. Questa è l'ultima volta che Kate e Sawyer si vedono prima che lei lasci l'isola... e qualsiasi cosa lui le sussurra ovviamente è ciò che catalizza e distrugge definitivamente la sua relazione con Jack. Come risultato della distruzione di questa relazione, Jack inizia ad abusare di farmaci e a vedere il padre. Quindi la scena in cui Sawyer sussurra a Kate è un PUNTO FONDAMENTALE della trama. C'è grande drammaticità nelle parole di Jack perchè il pubblico sa che non torneranno mai indietro a riprendere Sawyer. Ma il fatto che lo dica è un gesto nobile perchè a questo punto Jack ha appena visto Kate e Sawyer baciarsi e si è come rassegnato...
Su alcune cose non sono neanche d'accordo, soprattutto sulle parti su Jack, ma non commento ulteriormente il loro commento!
